Hi. This is the first post about this project .

I'm making a platformer about Kolobok — who came to life... but not because of a fairytale.

He lives because a rat burned in the oven, leaving a shard of its soul behind in a piece of bread.

This will be a dark story, with elements of stealth, sorrow, and crumbs.

Right now, I’m working on the core mechanics: rolling, hiding, and “soul shards” as a resource.
Levels will feel like classic NES-era platformers. Or at least, I desperately want them to.

The game has no budget, but will have atmosphere.
No team, but plenty of nightmares.
